Starting with version 102.2.1, you can apply the current thread view (enabled or disabled) to other folders through the message list's column chooser. If threaded view doesn't suit you, you can disable it by following the above steps and selecting Unthreaded in the Sort by menu.

Your messages will be bundled into tree structures that can be expanded or collapsed with the > or v arrow next to the subject.
